I build things. A cafe that has to open every morning. Software that has to work when nobody is watching. Systems meant to run without me standing over them.
Most of that work is quiet. You do it for years and there is nothing to show anyone until there is, and by then you have changed more than the thing you were building.
These are the thoughts from those years. Not lessons, and not advice. Just what I have come to see, written down as I went.
I wrote them for two years on Instagram, a few sentences at a time, and then I stopped for a while. This is where they live now, with room enough to say the whole thing.
There is nothing to buy here and nothing to sign up for. I am not doing this for income. I am doing it because some of it might be worth something to someone on the same road.
